NBA Praying Together - 6 December 2020

This week, as part of our fellowship of prayer, we invite you to pray for Upper Eden Baptist Church in Kirkby Stephen, Cumbria

www.upperedenbaptist.org

Give thanks for;
The encouragement and challenges we have appreciated through taking part in the NBA Reimagine course
The blessing of being able to meet on Zoom each week, for the provision of speakers and the deep fellowship we have enjoyed together
The growth in numbers attending, the new resources we have been able to use and the participation of more people in each service
The development of the Two's Company telephone befriending ministry and our connection with the local social prescribing link worker

Pray for;
Our church meeting on Monday as we consider options for recruiting a paid worker to support and develop our ministries
For imagination and sensitivity as we anticipate moving away from Sunday services on Zoom
For opportunities to reach out into the community to share the Gospel message in both word and deed
For the Churches Together in Kirkby Stephen to act as Good Samaritan's to the lonely, the left out and the lost in our community

Ephesians 1: 15-16 For this reason, ever since I heard about your faith in the Lord Jesus and your love for all God's people, I have not stopped giving thanks for you, remembering you in my prayers.
