NBA Prayer Requests

We are asked to pray this week for North Shields BC
Minister - Liz Edwards
Minister in Training - Barbara Revill
Thanksgiving
We had a Home Mission Grant for just one year, running up to the summer this year. It was a special one off because we found ourselves in the happy position of hosting a Minister in Training when we had not planned on doing so.
As a result, we can report that there are many reasons to thank God for His provision.
Our Minister in Training, Barbara Revill, (with us for a further 2 years but supported now by the church) has been a very positive addition to our fellowship, providing a ministerial boost, just as I am needing to start stepping down a little.
We would give thanks for her enthusiasm for the task now ahead of us, namely one of transition into a new way of being church.

Prayer
We would ask for prayer for our continued recovery from the Covid era (not that we have yet truly escaped it). We have had to strip back some of our activities, as people are less willing now to volunteer in all sorts of roles, as they once did.
However, we continue to be amazed at how God is continuing to bring in a number of new people into our number and we would ask for wisdom to know how best to encourage them into being full-hearted followers of Jesus.

Thanks for your prayers
Every blessing.
Liz Edwards
