NBA Prayer Requests

We are asked to pray this week (beginning Sunday 09 January) for Alnwick Baptist Church

We give thanks:
1) that we've been able to remain connected as God's family through virtual means and in person.
2) that our missional communities alongside our Sunday congregation have been able to meet again.
3) that many people in the life of the church have brought their gifts in all manner of means which has provided a rich and eclectic tapestry of ministry.
4) that Karen has started as minister in training and for all that she brings to this role and her heart cry for people to know Jesus.

Please pray for:
1) Our new focus this year - Beatitudes: The Jesus I need to know. That we will grow in Christ as a church and seek to be more like Jesus in how we live our lives.
2) That we will see more of the vision of God's Hand opening up across Alnwick and the whole of Northumbria as this Cradle of Christianity is once more on fire for God's kingdom.
3) That we will be obedient to God's leading and step out with Him in faith into unchartered waters.
4) That we will manifest Jesus in both words and action and demonstrate the fasting of Isaiah 58 in seeking justice and reaching out to the marginalised.
